Providers for foreign investors for commercial real estate

Hello BP's,

I am Tzook a foreign investor from Israel, I started working with the US market in the past year.

I just got some local investors who look for bigger investments, and I look to provide them with the opportunities.

I would be happy to connect to people here who have some great deals, or simply getting some tips on where I could find opportunities:

- commercial agents ?

- wholesalers 

- craig list?

- BP market place is lacking with commercial opportunities...

sure I forgot to add the location, but sure we will make all the proper checks.

Till now most purchases were of SF and Duplexes in the areas of Decatur GA and Jacksonville FL

Now just looking for some contacts in the field, full inspection, numbers, noi, caps etc will be surely check properly by us and local contacts in the area.
