Currently I would like to grow my portfolio and begin house flipping.A few steps I have taken are •Joined Meetup for Real Estate events •Spoken to my mortgage lender regarding purchasing the investment property•Watched tons of Bigger Pockets Podcasts•Currently house hacking •Read Rich Dad Poor Dad •Enrolled in Udemy~Fundamentals of Analyzing Real Estate Investments ~Real Estate Investing: LEarn to Fix & Flip , Step by Step!

This will exacerbate the net worth/affluence of renters vs home owners, the income gap, the rich vs poor, etc. 

(I know rich dad poor dad has been mentioned quite a bit, just looking for a solid selection)2.

Their underwriting can be stricter: they only go with stabilized properties, they want experience borrowers, and you need to show net worth equal to or greater than the loan amount (you can get around this by bringing on a rich friend).

Time is the most important commodity in this world the rich know this.

lol) All that to say that the more you you can define and articulate your goals, the better chance you will achieve them (learned that from the book Think and Grow Rich) and it really did help.

I'm about halfway through RDPD after about a week.I know this isn't a get rich quick game, and I'm not looking for one.
