Introduction to BP forum

Hello!

My name is Juan and with my wife JoAnna, we have been reading/listening/watching forums, blogs and videos for the last few months already. We are both teachers and artists so yeah, pretty much we are tired of the struggle of life. We live in Silver Spring, Maryland which we are learning is one of those very expensive markets and, being very very newbies, we have no much option to success as investors. But! We are decided to try. We have actually checked out already other areas in Maryland and I hope I got the chance to ask some questions to more expert people here in the forums about all we need to know. We are also going to do one of those three days boot camps for real estate investing so you can see that we are very much trying at least to learn the basics asap.

I would say that our main goal is to have the financial freedom to be able to keep working in our artist careers without to do any of the other hundred jobs we must do currently to pay bills.   We hope to talk with a lot of people from here!

Cheers!
