I am looking at a 1957 larger duplex (1300sf/side) that has fairly decent bathroom décor in both units and one kitchen with older metal cabinets that are good but dated. 

Annapolis is a beautiful town, I've been here since '75.

In my opinion, a professionally rehabbed house should have its systems modernized, it's structural issues corrected and its finishes made aesthetically beautiful.

I been learning about this beautiful topic that is RE for almost 2 years and a few month a go I start looking for distressed properties and for cash buyers and I was getting so exited because I found some of both, I had the two great components for wholesaling and now I am literally stock because I cant get a title/escrow company to close wholesale deals.

And the beauty of that house is that you have a TON of equity with the way you stole it - I mean bought it. :-)Its amazing how putting in a little extra effort gets us a huge pay day.
