Today I want to make a confession.... I don't know if any of you out there have or had the same problem but... I been learning about this beautiful topic that is RE for almost 2 years and a few month a go I start looking for distressed properties and for cash buyers and I was getting so exited because I found some of both, I had the two great components for wholesaling and now I am literally stock because I cant get a title/escrow company to close wholesale deals. That is my confession, I honestly don't know what I am doing wrong, I am asking them the wrong questions maybe? am I looking in the wrong places? I try many many companies and no good luck, they don't even know what wholesale is :(     

I confess that I never thought that could be even a problem, I spent soooooo many hours reading in this amazing website, always reading different articles everywhere , watching videos, listening audio books and learning from everybody.... and never, nothing about this issue.

Please everybody share what's in your mind, I really need help.
