Hey @Hee Um - We have a small investor-focused brokerage here in Chicago...there is little to no training so often times it makes sense for some new agents to go to a larger brokerage to get a foundation.Either way I am happy to chat and steer you in the right direction if that would help.

Hi @Eddy Wehbe, brokers are doing the work that you don't want and, in a lot of cases, can't do (think of connecting you to branches that understand and are able to help investors, providing mortgage products that normally wouldn't be offered, getting rates that direct banks are not giving).
