Great news everyone!

I was just watching the news this morning and saw that north Texas was hit with a few tornados.I just wanted to see if all the BP members in the area are ok.

Is there a way to have the contact information show up as an image instead of text so it can't just be copied and pasted by Nigerian princes?

Great ideas, I'm going to see what I can put together and with some work maybe I will have some good news to report soon

Get business cards and tell everyone you know and meet what you do and how to contact you.There is a TON of competition out in that market - but the good news is we have investors out there that are selling their rehabbed properties quick and often for more than asking price.

So it's obviously important to stay on top of news in the real estate world (and beyond) for any serious investor.

So the only good news is that all the miles I put on it are on their loaner and not my car.

Now for the bad news... the mortgage company will not allow me to lease the property to a commercial company.. nor can I refinance into a commercial loan, because I do not have 2 years of business income...What do I do?
