Competition is pretty stiff these days though, so it will typically take a good few offers to get one to stick.

After putting my signs a couple days later i realized on the other side of street there was another bandit sign, not pointing any fingers but it makes me want to call this person and ask them if they're the ones whos doing this, worse enough if these wholesalers in my area are making a good profit off this they should stop bringing down someones hard work to have less competition considering the fact that im alone and still havent made a single dollar in this business.

i think the risk is if you bid too low you can rebid but the owner occupant period will pas and now you'll have investors as competition.

Use those as wellPlease please please don't drop your rates if you are confident that you are competitive and don't go to giving a month free etc etc.I have had to wait before myself and once in a while you begin to wonder, what if or what's wrong, it's usually nothing, just some odd timing or just the group of people in the rental market at the moment.Don't get discouraged .......
