We did partial remodel to the upstair bathrooms with professional help, my husband and I touch-up paint all the walls and it was deep-cleaned before showing, even my garage was shopvac-ed.

Any insulation that was installed was loose, and by now has fallen down to the lower 2 feet of the walls.

You could give them the notice today and see if the pasta sticks on the wall. 

Have your AC contractor show up for the inspection to advise on what might be problematic for them in installing the duct work and get a quote.I deal with these older properties - both residential and commercial - everyday so it's less of a threat than a "don't lick the walls and don't snort the siding."   

Don't waste time with waiting for Godot again. 

I believe its 80 sf minimum where the shortest wall needs to be 8 ft or longer and the average ceiling height is 8 ft.

There are a lot of people “interested” in wholesaling but then don’t do any action and people waste there time trying to explain how it works to newbies who end up doing nothing.
