Hi guys,There is a group (sort of REIT) where I'm from that is organizing the purchase and betterment of this building.I am aware of general stats and information, rent agreement they have etc, but would like to know any other 'on the ground' information from FL BiggerPockets members.Is there any information you'd share about the specific building or area? 

Did this ever become a thing (apart from the existing one organized by @Bernadeau C.)?

Do you both source your notes directly w/ banks, or via organizations such as FCI, PPR (Dave's company), or other? 

Because of this I often forget to check the Events page for meetups near me when our organizer makes the event.Is there some mechanism on the site that would allow the organizer to create a group (like Facebook) or channel (like Slack) for the event series, allowing me to join the group or subscribe to the channel and receive notifications when a new event is posted?

. - Generally, I wholeheartedly agree, but there are two things (three really) that are unique to Baltimore (at least I think they are unique to Baltimore)...1) Baltimore is very aggressive when it comes to historic preservation.

I am looking for representation to keep everything organized and legal while drawing up the contracts/switching the title over.

Often times the subscription agreement will contain an investor questionnaire of some sort that is used to determine the suitability of the investor.If you are not advertising your offerings and are organizing under 506(b) you don't have to do background checks, source of income, and verification of accreditation.
