Hi guys,

There is a group (sort of REIT) where I'm from that is organizing the purchase and betterment of this building.

I am aware of general stats and information, rent agreement they have etc, but would like to know any other 'on the ground' information from FL BiggerPockets members.

Is there any information you'd share about the specific building or area? Would love to get some pointers.
