I am now trying to just buy a house for myself using this method(pre-foreclosure).My problem is I can't find the phone of these people who's house is on foreclosure so that I can call and make an offer.What should I do?

One method I've read about is finding someone who is defaulting on their mortgage and sending them a letter offering to help.

We really want all the trim and doors to really pop so originally I was thinking gloss on the white trim.

Not all HUDS are in horrible condition, many just need paint and trim to make rental property.
