I looked around for a bit on Briviy's website and thought to myself, I wonder if there is an application or software out there that would help investors, especially new ones, create systems to help them analyze properties, pursue deals, make offers, close on properties, and then manage rentals.I'm thinking that BP has a lot of those resources on their site and that a pro membership would likely get me a lot of this.

I have not yet seen a lot of new development, but based on calls to local contractors to survey them about their availability, and the growth in share prices of stocks for home improvement stores like Home Depot, we’re definitely seeing a trend towards fixing up existing inventory on those markets that will probably last until new building starts — again, that’s specific to the submarkets we are focused on.

Just in building codes from when I built my ADU to now has changed to where you have to pay for a survey to be done.
