Hi everyone, im really eager to dive into the real estate world specifically in long island but not limited to.

Virgin Islands.

You may find opportunities right there on the islands, but consider mainland investments as well.

I'd love to connect with proactive real estate agents/brokers in Puerto Rico or anybody that may know of somebody in the island with multifamily units willing to do owner financing.

This may be a shot in the dark and hopefully in the correct forum.I work for a company that is developing a 20k+ SF mill in Rhode Island.

There are some really nice looking floors under all this dirt and that kitchen will get an island, all new cabinets, a utility room added and french doors leading out to a deck. 30 days is a really tight time frame but I'm pulling out all the stops to meet the deadlines.

The time lag is typically 3 weeks from end of auction to issuance of a deed which means I have no recourse to recover my money should something happen to you or if you take off to the islands with my money.

So a more square size island with a breakfast bar with space for counters.
