Needed Rhode Island Subcontractor Recommendations

This may be a shot in the dark and hopefully in the correct forum.

I work for a company that is developing a 20k+ SF mill in Rhode Island. We just finished permitting the building for increased density and now we need to start getting quotes to firm up our development budget. Our plan is to develop the building into 8 large apartments and indoor parking. Through the buildings history there have been previous developers that have partially finished several units, but the building still needs a major renovation to get a CO. I am looking for recommendations for HVAC, Plumbing, Electric and Sprinkler subcontractors that are located in RI or do work in RI. I have been in contact and received quotes from several subcontractors in each trade, but any and all recommendations would be extremely helpful and greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Anthony, I appreciate the response and helpful answers. I did not think about looking at who pulled permits for projects similar to ours. I figure I was going to be making a bunch of calls to developers of similar projects, but your suggested process is more efficient. The property management company will actually be our own company, but I do know of one in the area that I will call to see if they have any recommendations.

Thanks again Anthony!
