Hi! New Member from Portland, OR looking to invest in Puerto Rico
Hi, I'm a newbie from Portland, OR that just recently learned about the benefits of real estate investing and looking for some help & tips. My goal is to get into multi-family homes in C+/B neighborhoods in Puerto Rico (ideally in the metropolitan area near universities and hospitals) as I have a team of people that can assist with the rehab and purchasing of the home. I'm currently waiting to get enough capital saved up for a down payment and exploring my financing option. I'm considering several options and any tips or suggestions would be highly appreciated. Over a year ago I purchased my first home in Portland using a VA Loan and don't have enough equity to get a HELOC. While I'm building up capital I am considering perhaps starting off with the BRRR method to get on track. I'd love to connect with proactive real estate agents/brokers in Puerto Rico or anybody that may know of somebody in the island with multifamily units willing to do owner financing.
Much Appreciated!
Natallia
