Even if they are above that amount you are capped at taking only a certain amount of income with each check and if other judgment holders are garnishing at the same time then the amount you can take each time is further reduced.If their income is from retirement pension, social security, etc. those are protected funds in most cases.Bottom line is you can collect in some cases but what is your time worth??

Normally we would only engage our in-house network and sell our properties that way, however it's time to embrace the future and social media to reach a bigger audience. ( I also have a few years of experience consulting Fortune 500 companies on new-media strategies, meaning I do have a bias towards social media as I've seen it transform the way marketeers reach their audience and have direct effect on the bottom line).

Columbus is a great place overall, however you do need to be aware of neighborhood conditions/statuses as you can be on one side of the road and be in a great area (German village) and on the other be in a wasteland (Southgate) or near it.Lots of activity in Columbus along with extraordinarily low unemployment.

Tell them taxes don't eat up net profits, they are applied to gross profits and then you have net profits after taxes....LOLYes, holding less than a year you'll have gains and you'll have social security taxes if you're in the business of flipping houses.
