Hello! I'm a fresh college graduate looking to start investing with a multifamily home.

Hello! My name is Brandon. I just graduated from college, am working in my first real job, and am looking to move out of my parents house. I work and socialize in Nashville, so I'd like to buy a home in the city. A multifamily (duplex-triplex) option seems to be a good idea for me. I'm open to suggestions!

Glad to be here!
