Hello Forum members of BP!

Hello BP community!!  My name is Leland, my wife Christina and I are eager to learn more of the investing real estate business. We got married last year and before our vows I had one home in Denver and Christina had a primary in Denver as well a rental up in Fort Collins. In January we bought another home we now have as our primary and now the 3 other houses as rentals. We are working to sell the Ft. Collins house, which will provide cash for investing if we see fit. We need to decide to keep the houses now as rentals or sell before the tax 2/5 year as primary rules kicks in. The primary we are in now is a potential 2700 sq foot rental - practically a duplex. We are looking to use this website, forum, and community to learn more about the industry.

Denver folks and beyond we hope to meet you online or in person. Thank you!
