Hello all, While investigating a couple of property that have tax liens I noticed a unoccupied house that was in awesome condition.

Also I don't understand how the other car dealerships ran your credit without your knowledge - if you walk into a dealership, how would they even have your social security number?

@Dennis M. well Unfortunately I had to buy air conditioners for all my windows for me and my children because the air conditioner unit wany out 3 times in one month the last time that it went  we was out of air for a week so that’s pretty much where my rent money won’t when it was time to pay her that following Sunday she refused and  prior to  August is rent my rent was paid up three months in advance I pay my bills on time it’s just that I ran into a hardship having to buy unexpected air conditioning So please do not judge a book by its cover I came to this group for help and advise bro to bw bashed 

We live in a world where if you have subject matter expertise you can create courses that you can sell for $10 on Udemy, create a YouTube page teaching people the concepts you understand, create a social media brand around your experiences in real estate.

Outside the house the air condition compressor unit is located too close to gas meter, which is a violation of safety code.

That said, I concur with Dan that there are several challenges relating to resolving the conditions.  

Andy- when you say you had the last 4 of social so you could get payoff amount; I assume you mean that made it easier?  

Those are good places to start but you should always look for sales that are comparable in type, size, condition, and amenities.  

Units are in good condition, but could use some updating which could in turn command higher rent rates.  

I would also evaluate the amount of the rent in light of the market and the condition of the unit.
