@John Marion for example, on 10 year lease, I'd want to pay tenant's broker their commission as the monthly rent comes in from the tenant they're representing.

It covers loss of rent at fair market, wind and hail, and just about anything I could think of.I was talking with a representative from Amica and they quoted me a fire policy that covered me for the same rebuild amount, but without all of the extra coverage’s.

Depending on how you screen for tenants as well as screen for owners you represent can reduce the amount of problems but they will always be there.
