Im interested in using a private money lender to purchase a foreclosure.

We want to rehab mostly but we’re kind of looking into wholesaling to get started if we can’t find a private money lender.

I have access to some capital and even some private money beyond that, so I am ready to go.

your best bet is check with a lawyer or a company that specializes in that...honestly im not sure if its a like or kind assets since your going from residential to commercial

If you want to invest in that area Lincolnton would be a better bet because of the new Hwy 16, lower taxes, better schools, and not far from the West side of Lake Norman.

Depending on your current short term goals, you may be better off with HML and private lenders or maybe even getting owner financing.

If your primary Lender allows second financing you might approach a Private Lender let you borrow some other money.
