I am  originally from California but I am currently in the US Army stationed in North Carolina here at Fort Bragg.

I work in DC at the LEnfant Plaza metro station.  

Cost would be a factor on something like that.You would have to know if the gas station is mom and pop or a big brand like a Racetrac etc. as the corp gas stations get a lot more pump traffic than mom and pop or rural locations.

Some people own gas stations and work like crazy to make 50k a year profit.It's all about what you know and if you can get a higher return in an easier way.

I know a common thing for military members is buying a property in every place they get stationed in, and renting it out when they leave.

We drive imported SUVs serviced at the local gas station or car dealership.

Aurora requires to attend a class at the police station to rent in aurora but screen and background check everyone my last one in joliet disint even have to put up sign.
