Hello everyone!

I just wanted to say hello and tell everyone a little about me. I am a property manager in Monterey, CA. I manage a large complex with about 100 units, as well as some single-family homes.

Looking forward to learning as much as I can on here and maybe contributing some helpful information of my own.
