Analysts usually stay as analyst and perform a specific function. If you want a J-O-B as an analyst then most commercial firms require at least a bachelors in it and preferably a masters degree to pay salary etc.At my company I make most of my employees potential income performance based. It's just human nature for a lot of people to be lazy.

@Greg Dowdell I'm not an attorney so I can't speak to the legality per se, but for me, as long as it's not generally too cold I think the degree of how much extra I'd be willing to pay to resolve it sooner would depend partly on my relationship with the tenants, whether they are paying below market, at-market or above-market rent, etc.It might be a good idea to get some space heaters for the tenants as a show of good faith for them in the meantime.

The whole thing in my opinion is ridiculous... any quack on the internet with a masters degree in psychology can issue an ESA letter from anywhere in the country to a "patient" they've never met so they can bring their cats and snakes into my properties without paying additional deposits or pet rents.
