All I can see is keep at it...you're learning a ton by having real deals under contract and that is priceless knowledge and on the job training (gaining traction on your deal flow pipeline, gaining credibility with agents, honing in on inspections, learning the market, narrowing your criteria, lining up lenders and other partners...all of this is hugely important).
