I’m currently invested in the Cleveland, OH on a buy and hold investment strategy and am looking for other markets to invest in. Would anyone have any suggestions as to any other favorable buy and hold real estate markets?

@Onye Chukwuma, Toledo is a favorable market for Housing Providers, both Pre-Covid and currently. Obviously the CDC order shut down evictions for non-payment everywhere, but Toledo has not been observing the order for about a month now after the 6th Circuit decision: https://www.opn.ca6.uscourts.g... Essentially we are "back to normal" regarding our Eviction process, but still a little on the slower side (approximately 6 weeks between 3-day notice to set-out).If you are investing in Cleveland already then you are familiar with Ohio's fairly Housing Provider-friendly environment. Let me know if you have any other questions about Toledo.
