Set up a plan for one year to move from working a job to investing full-time.

No, I have not done something like what I am proposing, which is one reason why I'm looking for some input on this forum :)- House hacking would be a good idea, but moving for my family is not an option right now. 

Will be moving but looking for a property manager to manage SFHs in the Rhodes Ranch area.

I make sure they are paid and continue to move forward.

I rented out a tiny commercial space to some ladies that wanted to open a retail clothing store. 10 days after move in they had a falling out and one of them moved her portion of the merchandise out of the store the next day.

I will only have accounts directly with large banks going forward.

but if it showed success it would likely give me the needed knowledge and comfort to move forward with other Multi fam deals instead of specifically focusing on single fam.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue and has anyone found a good way to move these issues forward?
