That depends on the quality.It's hard to answer your question but I can tell you that even newer homes can have multiple issues that are completely legit.

It would certainly be balloon framed vs the platform framing that's done nowadays.

Any one of us can suggest a platform that works for us but that doesn't mean it will fit your needs.
