There are a few foreclosures I've been eyeing, however, very clearly states that buyer is responsible for any certifications, including Use & Occupancy, Certificate of Occupancy's, permits etc or anything else.

she has a website called wealthyheiress : she reports to be having a bootcamp in LA that rivals David Lindahls course and bootcamp....but on other re boards she is touted as having been in Jail for Mail fraud and such thus making her discredited as an educator in my eyes much like WADE COOK!
