Hi Eric-Do you still have HVAC (need maintenance) and painter (interior) recommendations? 

It looks like it was a full interior gut for the most part?  

It needs a new roof, new windows and doors, interior and exterior paint, floors need to be buffed or refinished, new refrigerator, new flooring in the bathrooms as well as new fixtures, new lighting fixtures throughout the house, needs some patch work on some the downstairs ceilings, and some landscaping on the outside of the house.

I am unable to access the interior because the properties are believed to be occupied. 

I am debating if interior design would be the right way to go.

Hello everyone i'm trying to find a decent painting contractor that covers the williamstown and Sicklerville NJ area, i would appreciate any suggestion, doing a full house rehab and need to paint walls trims ceiling door etc. interior job about 1500 Sq feet.

We added another interior doorway on an adjacent wall for safety purposes, at the "suggestion" of the inspector.

Since June 1, 2017, the city of Independence also requires another interior inspection before you can get your landlord business license - they call it the "Rental Ready" program. 

Smaller items - interior paint, hardwoods, etc we do $50.
