Baltimore City exterior painters (windows only) and HVAC company?

hello Baltimore City investors.....any recommendations on exterior painters and new HVAC system?  need to address both issues end of July so beginning to look for reliable people/companies.  any suggestions for those who have done work for you in the past w/good results would be greatly appreciated!!!
