Baltimore City exterior painters (windows only) and HVAC company?

hello Baltimore City investors.....any recommendations on exterior painters and new HVAC system? need to address both issues end of July so beginning to look for reliable people/companies. any suggestions for those who have done work for you in the past w/good results would be greatly appreciated!!!

Do you still have HVAC (need maintenance) and painter (interior) recommendations?

Am looking for flooring (demo old and install new) as well but am starting with finding a good painter first.

hi Ned, it's a Fed Hill rental and I feel that capping the windows in aluminum in that area (historic section of the city) might hurt resale   They are anderson windows that a prior owner installed.

@Susan C. Why are you painting windows? If you have old wood windows they should be replaced. If you are painting the trim around the windows people generally wrap with aluminum to permanently encapsulate the lead paint.

This is especially important if you wil be doing it for a rental, not so much for a flip.
