We're looking for a brokerage that has no sales goals/quotas (or 1 sale/yr to maintain active status), no or minimal monthly fees, flat fee, no expectations of meetings or working from an office, but enough of a presence to answer basic questions as needed.If you have any folks you'd like to recommend that meet all (or most) of the criteria above, please share.

I'm not looking to profiteer, but I could see a benefit to moving down and working with a contractor company just to meet the inevitable incoming demand (I have little experience, but want to learn), and I imagine there will be a whole new market of available properties to flip.

To qualify, you are going to need a sponsor/loan guarantor who meets these requirements to sign on the loan.Your best bet is secure a 20% to 25% down commercial loan, raise money to fund the down payment, and find someone to sign on the loan.
