What I was saying is that one can find professionally managed hard money loan funds on crowdfunding sites, and that these funds can be less risky than financing individual fix and flips, whether directly or via crowdfunding platforms.  

I am delighted to find such engaging and enthusiastic support, something that sets this platform above many others and speaks volumes about the dedication and professionalism of its members.  

People are gambling on one of two things. 1) the property owner won't pay for that year and you then get to purchase the subsequent years effectively creating dollar cost averaging. 2) the property owner won't every pay and you get the property for a fraction of what it's worth.

Has any one invested through Real Estate Crowd funding platforms.

IMO, virtual tours will be the norm eventually; many home buyers already rely on online platforms like Zillow to begin their hunt for a house.

I have looked at the idea of building yet another property management platform, but I have not pulled the trigger.

Or if the platform let you break up a $1k note into $25 chunks for bulk resale, I might have a different opinion there too.
