Immersive virtual tours for real estate

Hi, newbie here. I have a question for realtors here. What is your take on virtual tours? I'm not talking about the ones that are basically power point slides with some pictures, I'm talking about actual virtual like tours that uses 360 panoramic photos to give the user a sense of immersion.

I'm asking because I don't see a lot of these online, is it because they're too expensive? Do you have any sellers that ask you about them? Is it too niche?

From a buyer's perspective, these type of tours are extremely useful for me not only for figuring out which properties to visit but also reviewing properties that I've visited before.
