Hi Can anyone recommend a CPA who specializes in Income Properties and if possible food ecommerce business.  

The Landlord then raises the rents, other prices like food will go up, then the Employee will ask for a higher raise because all the prices have moved up and therefore the Employee didn't benefit from the first set of Raises.

We always have an educational speaker, free food and drinks and no one trying to sell you anything.  

This will give me 8 rentals, All on 1 Lot, All on the same Tax Parcel Number. 

This is all speaking from my own experience, of course, and an investor may find opportunities that can be taken remotely (such as parcels of land or buying into development).

I am not in one of your specified locations above but I'll throw this out to you as food for thought.

And in the end, consumers may refuse to buy burgers made by the burger bot so the whole prediction of displacing 3 million fast food workers - even if every fast food worker was currently only making burgers - is due some skepticism.  

If you shop it you should be able to get it done for 700 or less a parcel.
