Effects will still be felt, especially by those who depend on each paycheck to pay their bills and provide for their families, and that cannot be discounted.Current indicators are that Austin’s housing market remains strong and competitive.

However, with the formal "stay at home" order that was issued in Sacramento County yesterday, I could see those being postponed until the order is lifted (currently set to be in effect until April 7th unless a change is announced).  

Texas is a jobs Tiger.Then in no particular order, Utah, Montana, No. and So, Dakota and Idaho (because they are not as effected).Then Metro New York City (even though it's having a lot of trouble).

I haven't seen direct effects of delayed closings just yet but Title & Escrow have been swamped.

Actually Paul the state is the one with the energy building codes, in particular CA Title 24 2019 standards that just went into effect January 1.

Don't tell me COVID-19 doesn't effect the real estate market when people can't even look at homes without breaking the law technically.

I'm curious to hear the opinions of other investors regarding this pandemic's effect on the foreclosure.

It seems like we haven't fully seen the trickle-down effect of the service industry going dark.
