My family has had one for about 4 years now.  4 phenomenal dinners per week (M-Th) about $400/wk everything included (shopping, cooking, clean up).When we looked at what we used to spend on groceries plus meals out it really turned out to be a wash cost wise and the convenience factor is priceless.

Water reserves are NOW being tapped which contain rainwater which fell to earth 20,000 years ago (during a much rainier time of history) and is basically irreplaceable and being used at massive rates of depletion.The area of main agricultural activity in our country is being affected: "The pace of depletion has jumped dramatically since 2000.

Place needs minor clean up work and house needs a little work too (mostly paint, wood floors re sanded and clear coated things like that pool needs new linear) all minor stuff house is livable though.

now thats consistent. i mean yea why show a buyer 100 homes only for them to decide to walk away then sneak back a bit later and buy one of them directly to 'save' on the sale price's depletion whether by seller and/or buyer commission?

@Evan Manship all good points above and I agree.I would, however, do a quick pre-hab and clean up the property exterior, be sure the interior is clean and safe [maybe even rough patch some drywall holes?].
