We think that our last Broker black balled us because he wouild not even give us an unconditional release after the damage to our garage!

In addition, if you get sued you can bet the insurance company will provide legal representation seeing that they are on the hook for the damages.  

They last longer and can easily be repaired when damaged.

Wind, Flood, tornado, Hail, or third party damage or theft can still occur.

Expect wall/ceiling damage. 

Just factor in all the damages and court hassles into your price.

If the damage was done while they were there and you can back this up then they are equally responsible for the damage since they were on one lease.

You will start to see a more widespread array of carriers that come in competitive, but yeah the increase in hurricane damage is just not making these carriers profitable so expect a 15% increase in Florida at a minimum.
