Best type of home insurance for house hacking

Hey BP family,

I'm currently house hacking my home in Walnut Creek, CA and have standard insurance that doesn't cover liability in the event that something happens to my tenants. I live in the attached ADU while a couple rents the other part of the dwelling. My Hippo insurance agent has stated that I can only cover their property but not themselves in the event that an event occurs. They do have renters insurance as I have required them to do so in the lease. Does anyone have suggestions on what insurance I should obtain to protect myself and if there are any additional measures I should take? I appreciate it!!
