I haven't had any hands-on experience with real estate investing yet, particularly because I feel it's essential to learn and listen from seasoned investors now so that I can begin my path to financial freedom prepared.

Ever since I have been listening and learning about all the amazing ways to begin a Real Estate Investing future I have began to notice things I would have never seen had I not began my path towards Real Estate investing, just driving the same route back from my work everyday I began to notice houses with for sale signs in the lawns, houses that have been renovated and houses next door that haven't, almost like the law of attraction if you will lol! 

They're going to welcome you to their countries with open arms someday.  

I know what I want for my financial future and I have a path I believe will help get me there, I am just having trouble finding the courage to take that first leap. 

We sold all of our stuff and have been moving around the country for the last year trying to figure out where we want to live.

That being said, Colorado is probably my favorite state in the country

Although I'm in the market to buy an owner occupied house, SD is one of the hottest markets in the country right now.

My experience has been that the borrow needs to find a financial institution in their home country with whom they have a relationship, if the investor does not have a green card. 

We do this all over the country as kind of a working vacation.
