In my opinion, the worst parts of Cleveland Heights would be some of the areas along the border with East Cleveland.

I recently sold a home on the border of LI and Queens, it was not easy but I learned a ton!

I'm also from Canada so know some things maybe no the same cross border but any answers would be helpful!

You can use that black rubber lining for a border or some bricks or stones if you want spend the extra money.

Hi Akash Y.It sounds like a good question for the lender as well as Canada Revenue Agency or your cross-border accountant. 

The furnace and water heater are old, and an inspector will probably say i need to replace a retaining wall that's leaning slightly toward the bordering neighbor's house (they have to split the cost under state laws) and fix a few other things the flippers did hastily in 2006.

There are also several nice condo and townhouse communities near downtown and Castro Valley border.  

All my research indicates 35068 is a A-/B+ area, but this street lies on the border on Tarrant, which is a C area and based on proximity, it may even be zoned for Tarrant middle school/high.
