What are the rent and vacancy rates, would you be able to afford the expenses of that property with no bookings?

DSCR lending:  This is Debt Service Coverage Ratio. 

On the other hand, if you are looking to use some form of commercial financing or a Debt-Service loan, other properties do increase your desirability. 

Not only do we have to pay a lower price for a property, just to meet the Debt Service Coverage Ratio our banks require, but also we need to be more competitive in the annual returns that we offer our investment partners.

You should make sure that you can afford the cost of the protection that you choose.

In central Alabama the following areas are good.Hoover, Pelham, Calera, Alabaster, Helena, McCalla, Gardendale , Trussville just to name a few.More affordable low income areas will include Centerpoint, Pinson, Hueytown, Pleasant Grove, Ensley.  

Which areas are they providing services?
