Can anyone recommend an Attorney in Houston to form an LLC for Real Estate investing?

Go online to the Texas Secretary of State website. They provide a pdf filler form you fill in on line with the proper information.  They have examples you can copy.  Pay the fee with credit card and you’ll have approval within 3 days.  Safe the $1500 attorney charge to do exactly the same thing.
