You may blow your debt ratio out of the water. 

Not only no eviction allowed but the court has been piling up the cases.This tenant has now reached out to the pro bo no attorney in the area who advocates for tenants to sue us for money.

It's not that hard to wander into a prohibited transaction and blow up the account.I'm of the opinion that it's generally more beneficial from a tax perspective to hold real estate outside of retirement accounts when we consider the long-term lifecycle and potential tax mitigation strategies. 

That's funny...Or if the tenant isn't paying or communicating, go into the basement and blow out the pilot light on the water heater, a week or two later, disconnect the thermocouple on the furnace. 

Blowing the pipes out has not been successful for us.

They're probably just blowing smoke.

I'm not in that market, but I know there is an Austin Tenant's Council that is an advocate for tenant's rights.
