CrawlSpace Depot has a 5-part vapor barrier installation series on YouTube that is very helpful, after watching it any skilled-laborer can achieve the install.  

The reason I ask is that I have found when you are more specific and precise with a goal people can help you achieve those results.

I plan to use my background in accounting, finance, and operations to begin my journey and I look forward to leveraging BP to assist in achieving my goals.

#3 -  put $500 in yellow cards and look for motivated sellers/ wholesale.?

I don't think it hurt the deal, but it could.Having the seller drop price without working for it can scare a buyer that he is either leaving money on the table or some new problem has arisen that has motivated the seller.
