If you pass the final exam then you go take the states test which has state and national questions on it.Usually AMP or similar provides the state tests and venue.If you pass that you are granted an inactive license card until you assimilate and join a brokerage.

Auction .com generally has 4 different scenarios for listed properties on their site.1) REO2) Trustee sale where auction.com is actually acting as the trustee3) Other foreclosure auctions where they are not involved at all....I've seen these more frequently in the last year here where all our foreclosure auctions are judicial, and done online thru the county clerk of court sites, using a third party platform (not auction.com).

@JacobI'd recommend finding another (more consistent) manner to increase your earnings.First of all, the $500 class only qualifies you to apply to your state (application usually another $70 or so, with background check) to take the state exam (usually another $50 or so).
