I am located in San Francisco, and do most of my projects in the East Bay, but prefer someone local to SF.

I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area, started listening to the podcast a week ago, and have been trying to soak up as much info as I can since then (while working 50 hours/wk).Looking to learn to buy and hold my first property, shooting for some time in 2015.  

I actually grew up not too far from Owings Mills, and think it's a great place for rentals.That said, I lived in the South Bay (not far from Los Gatos) for a long time, and if I had to choose, I'd take Los Gatos over Owings Mills...  :-)
