Relatively new to Real Estate Investing
Good day to all the BiggerPockets family,
I have been living in the Valrico area of Tampa Bay Florida since 2005. I started in banking as a Relationship Banker and I am now currently in the IT field.
Over the past several years I have been interested in investing in real estate as a way to provide a good retirement for my wife and I and also to provide for our daughters schooling. I have watched many webinars and have read many books on the subject. I also wanted to be able to quit my daytime job and do real estate investing and sales full time. To that end, I recently took the classes and past the State of Florida Real Estate Realtor license. I am currently a realtor working part-time out of the Exit Bayshore Realty office in Brandon Florida.
I am looking to learn more on purchasing investment real estate and I am also looking for a Private Money Investor that will fund my investment deals.
