I'm from Tampa and have been following the price action in each Tampa neighborhood.To find Tampa houses in that price range you need to focus in areas that have not yet benefited from the recent RE boom.South Tampa has already fully appreciated and Seminole Heights has recently come above your price range.The areas in between still have plenty of properties in that range.It seems reasonable to that the areas just south of Seminole Heights and north of South Tampa/Hyde Park will appreciate very soon.If this was monopoly then South Tampa would be Park Place and Seminole Heights has become Marvin Gardens.
